Greetings everyone! Today I am going to update the applications for you. As you all know that all my free Nokia applications are usually there in the applications page right? But, from now on I will embed them within the post or within categories so that you do not have to go there directly. That page is getting way too big to manage and the load on the server can be costly for me. This will also be applicable for the free games as well. Remember, do not forget to subscribe to the RSS feed either via email or via your favorite feed reader if you want to get the updates regularly and want me to continue my effort. Subscription is absolutely free as well!

Ahoy pirates and princesses!! Show me the gold I say aye!! Lol. Just kiddin’. One of the best part of Nintendo is the ability that you can control it with the help of your hands. Simply glide your fingers around and you will be in the menu, slide down and you are simply out of it. The touch sensitivity of WiiMote was so successful that they even introduced the Wiimote based guitar and handgun for playing games within like 3 months. Then the pda guys got it! Must say that till lately, the S60 Touch UI was almost non existent and Nokia didn’t seem to care much about it till the whole Barcelona thing. Anyway, today I am going to present you with three of the finest symbian mobile phone applications for your Nokia N95. Yes I am talking about the Nokemote, Nokia DJ and Lightsabre softwares.

The term wireless mobile computing has redefined itself several times with the development of some outstanding and extremely intuitive technological leaps which most of us could never even have imagined otherwise. For the best mobile phone brands like Nokia, Sony Ericsson or Samsung, it all started with the Series 30 based java powered cell phones which later on evolved to Series 80, Series 40 and of course everyone’s favorite: the symbian Series 60 platform. One of the more recent development of the major mobile phone manufactures like Apple (with iPhone), Nokia (with N95) etc are their ability to detect movement quite extraordinarily with the help of motion sensors or accelerometers.

Well one gotta agree that the introduction of Python for Nokia is one of the most important technological development for your Nokia smartphones functional  extendability and plugins. Slowly, but surely Python, along with its accelerometer based scripts and easy coding language have become one of the leading language for mobile application and games development to all sort of developers. Yes it has established itself very well in the Nokia symbian smartphone community.
